"It's hard to stay consistent
with balancing the gym
and work schedule."

You don't need another program built for a 22-year-old with three hours a day. You need a system that knows you've got a job, kids, parents to look after, and roughly 45 honest minutes most days. You've started before. You've stopped before. The plan keeps quitting on you — not the other way around.

You've been told you should "love the process" but nobody ever made it lovable. Cookie-cutter PDFs. Programs designed for somebody else's body. AI-generated routines that don't know your shoulder doesn't lift past 90°. That's why nothing sticks. Not because you're lazy. Because the work hasn't been honest with your life.

The support system to stay motivated on the fitness journey.

"Science-based lifting doesn't suit everyone. Some of us are here to enjoy the fitness journey for ourselves."

I'm not anti-science. I read the journals. But the loudest voice in your training shouldn't be a meta-analysis. It should be the version of you that finally enjoyed showing up. We build that first. Then the spreadsheet earns its place.

Two things you'll get on day one that you've probably never had: a coach who refuses to charge you without progress, and a program written for the 45 minutes you actually own — not the two hours you don't.

Three finish lines.
Pick the one that's yours.

Muscle development & definition

Train for visible change. Progressive tension in the 6–12 rep range, eaten right, recovered fully. The kind of result you can see in a mirror and a shirt.

Endurance & stamina with the kids

Metabolic capacity, carry work, tempo intervals. Built so you can chase a five-year-old across a yard at 6pm without your hamstrings filing a complaint.

Fit and ready for summertime

Body composition, posture, conditioning that doesn't tank your strength. Timed back from the date that matters so you arrive ready.

Lost 14 pounds in 90 days and got back on the floor with my five-year-old. The number wasn't the point — the wrestle was.

First time in my adult life I look forward to training. He matched the work to the life I actually have, not the life I wish I had.

How the onboarding actually runs.

The Sit-Down

We talk on the phone, in person, or over text — your call. I learn your schedule, your history, your body, what you actually want. No pitch. No sales script. If we're a fit, we move. If we're not, I'll point you somewhere better.

Lap 2 · Week 1

The Diagnosis

Movement screen first. Hip flexion, ankle ROM, scapular control, breathing pattern. I'm looking for what to BUILD before what to load. Most coaches skip this. I never have.

03
Lap 3 · Week 2

The Build Sheet

You get a program written for the 45 minutes you own, with two lifts I think you'll love, and one promise: I won't charge you again until you see progress.

The Long Run

Weekly check-ins. Monthly re-tests. Programming adjusts to your life, not the other way around. 3–5 months in, the change is visible. By then you don't need me telling you to show up.

Before the whistle, I was you.

I never lifted a weight until I was 30. Before that I was a single dad running a printing press for a living. When my family started noticing the change in me, I knew this wasn't a phase — it was the work I was supposed to be doing. I started coaching others. The first time a client who'd been hurt in a car accident raised both arms above his head again, I knew this was the only job I wanted.

I don't know where to start.+

That's the entire point of The Foundation. We start with the assumption you've never set foot in a gym. We end 8 weeks later with you owning two lifts you love.

I don't have time.+

I write programs for the 45 minutes you actually have, three days a week. If you can't carve that out, we'll find what you CAN carve and start there.

I'm worried about how I'll look in a gym.+

You won't be the only client of mine who felt that way. We can start at-home or virtual until you're ready. Body shame doesn't get a vote in this work.

If it don't hurt a little —
it don't count.

Intake calls are free. Programming starts the week you say go. I don't charge you a second time until you've seen progress. That's the deal.
